About the Arizona Lottery

The Arizona Lottery was founded in 1980. It’s operated by the Arizona Lottery Commission, and its profits go toward 13 beneficiaries that support 20 programs in four areas: health and human services, higher education, environmental conservation, and economic and business development. Moreover, part of the revenue also goes to the State of Arizona's General Fund. Over the years, the lottery has raised and donated more than $129 million to these organizations.

Arizona State Lottery Rules

To be able to participate in the Arizona Lottery, you’ll have to follow these rules:

Arizona Lottery Tickets

How to Claim a Lottery Prize in Arizona

How you’ll redeem your AZ Lottery winnings depends on the amount you’ve won:

• You can claim your winnings up to $100 at the retail location near you. Depending on the retailer, you might also be able to collect the prizes from $100 to $599 on the same day you validate your ticket, as well.
• Prizes valued at $600 or more have to be claimed by mail or at the Arizona Lottery Offices.
