Is TradingView a stock screener?

TradingView is limited in some ways and unfortunately, it's not possible to create a custom screener in TradingView using standard features. However, you can create a simple screener using PineScript, receive screener filters as alerts, and even resend them to the telegram. Here I will show you how you can do that.
Traders can be on any chart, and if they keep this scanner/indicator on , it will start displaying stocks meeting scanning criteria on the same window without having to go to Screener section and running it again and again.

Unfortunately, mobile screener (on both iOS and Android apps) is not supported at the moment. However, we plan to implement it in the nearest future.
- Set the filter parameters in the Screener.
- Press the Shift/Ctrl keys to select the symbols that met the search criteria.
- Select the Add Selected Symbols To Watchlist option in the context menu.
- Selected symbols will be added to your new list.
In TradingView there is a limit of 40 security function calls. Every timeframe requires another security call so you can screen fewer symbols with any additional timeframe.
