What would have happened if Sasuke never left the village? ›

Had Sasuke chosen to stay, his relationships with Naruto, Sakura, and other members of Team 7 could have evolved into a more cooperative and supportive dynamic. The absence of the bitter rivalry might have paved the way for stronger friendships, with Team 7 operating as a more cohesive unit.

Sasuke leaves the village in order to obtain power from Orochimaru. Naruto and his friends learn that Sasuke is in danger and decide to go after him.

After being reincarnated with the Edo Tensei, Itachi told Sasuke that he should have told him the truth instead of planting the seed of hatred in his heart. The truth set Sasuke free, and despite his desire for vengeance against the Hidden Leaf, Sasuke couldn't destroy the place his brother died protecting.

Though Naruto and Sakura both wanted him to come home, where he belonged, Sasuke refused, believing he had to redeem himself for all the wrongs he had done over the years.

Other than general wisdom and Genjutsu, there's apparently not much Itachi can impart on Sasuke that Orochimaru could. He will teach him strong basics, a little about Ninjutsu, some Shuriken Jutsu and again lots of wisdom and Genjutsu.

Sasuke's decision to leave was the result of a chain of events that rekindled his hatred for his brother and desire to avenge his clan. To do so, he must claim a great amount of power, which became the centre of his entire life.

In the Boruto series, Sasuke is older, wiser, and redeemed. He has taken on duties as an Uchiha Ranger, seeking to atone for the sins of his clan as well. However, while folks assumed Boruto would have gravitated to his father due to Naruto's legendary status, he instead favored Sasuke.

Sarada eventually learns from Sakura that she is her biological mother. After she confirms this, Sasuke says that Sarada's existence shows the connection between him and Sakura.

Sasuke's main mission was to protect Konoha. He spends long amounts of time away from the village investigating threats to the village. After his daughter is born, he finally returns home. The peace of village life must have seemed odd after so many nights away from Konoha.

The Uchiha clan will rise up to be the powerful and dominant Shinobi clan who will literally become an unstoppable force. They will not only be the strongest clan in Konoha but the entire Shinobi World. On the other hand, Danzo would have been annihilated before he could lay his hands on Shisui's Sharingans.
