Does Kentucky allow lottery winners to remain anonymous? ›

The bill originally called for allowing Kentucky Lottery winners who win $1 million or more to remain anonymous for up to one year. But now a revised version of that bill removes the timeframe and allows winners to remain anonymous regardless of the amount won.
