Hey all, I've been using - and highly recommending to everyone - Kaedrin's mod manager for a very long time now. It solves all of the compatibility issues with MP games and allows for proper rearranging of load order without CA's bugs. BUT apparently in the last week or so folks started developing issues with it, particularly on new installs, where it not only doesn't work, but it crashes the vanilla game, even after being uninstalled.
