The Borough

The Borough is a bustling pub, restaurant and hotel located in the centre of historic Lancaster, spread over three floors of a Georgian town house. Sun Hotel and Bar

For over 300 years, this beautiful Georgian building has offered fine drinks, food and rooms in the city centre. The Sun work closely with the finest local suppliers with top quality produce so they can offer home-cooked food on each and every plate. Join them every Sunday 12-8pm for their roast dinners and their roast sharing platter. Upgrade your Sunday roast to the sharing board for two people with a sous vide picanha steak for just an extra £1 per person. Make sure you book as there is limited availability each week.
