BIGFAN specialises in handmade dumplings and fresh bao. If you’re not familiar with ‘bao’, it’sa plain steamed dumpling that get’s filled with the good stuff.

The two winners on the menu here, for me, are the ‘Legend Of The Ox’ (Juicy Beef Shin Ball, Kataifi Pastry, Sweet Soy Mushroom Blend) and the bao with Crunchy Chicken Thigh Marinated Big Fan Style, Kimchi, Hot Sichuan Mayo.
